Rock Rescue Up and Down Systems
This is one of four courses in Ground Up’s Rock Rescue Series. Throughout this 3 hour course, Rock Rescue Up and Down Systems covers rope rescue techniques focusing on:
- Tandem rappels
- Counterbalance rappels
- Ascending a rope
Prerequisites:
- 6 months climbing and belaying experience
- Reccommended for outdoor lead climbers
- Must be at least 16 years old
