Rock Rescue Raises and Lowers
This is one of four courses in Ground Up’s Rock Rescue Series. Throughout this 3 hour course, Rock Rescue Raises and Lowers will cover rope rescue techniques focusing on:
- Lowers
- Redirecting a belay device – manuel breaking device and guide mode ATC
- Raises
- 3:1 haul systems
- 5:1 haul systems
Prerequisites:
- 6 months climbing and belaying experience
- Reccommended for outdoor lead climbers
- Must be at least 16 years old
