Rock Rescue Basics
This is one of four courses in Ground Up’s Rock Rescue Series. Throughout this 3 hour course, Rock Rescue Basics covers basic rope rescue techniques focusing on:
- Belay device tie-off
- Transferring a load to the anchor
- Direct anchor belay
We reccommend you learn the skills taught in this course before signing up for other courses in the series.
Prerequisites:
- 6 months climbing and belaying experience
- Reccommended for outdoor lead climbers
- Must be at least 16 years old
